Testing/UAT Certification
Before you begin trading through any of the FIX or Binary APIs described in the FIX and API Technical Specifications & Forms Section (Link back to and API Technical Specifications & Forms), our Member Firm Testing Group must ensure that your connection is functioning properly. If you already have a SFTI or third-party extranet line and would like to begin application testing, please contact our Member Firm Testing group at firmtesting@nyx.com or at (888) 689-7739, Option 2.

Production Connectivity
The Production Support group facilitates all production connectivity and provides support for all production FIX and API sessions. Once you have certified your application, complete a Session Request Form and return it to the Production Support Group at connectivity@nyx.com or at (888) 689-7739, Option 1 via e-mail or fax.
