The Listing Process
Clearance to Apply
NYSE’s regulatory team will determine your company’s listing eligibility, and send a clearance letter.
Submit Applications
Once you have the clearance letter, you can submit relevant forms and applications online.
Choose Your DMM
We arrange interviews with our Designated Market Maker firms to allow you to pick the best for your needs.
Listing Checklist
Our listing team reviews your application items and when they are finalized, we issue an authorization letter. Welcome!
