CEO of the Year Award

The NYSE is an annual sponsor of the CEO of the Year award, presented by Chief Executive Magazine. All listed company CEOs are invited to participate at the Gala Awards Dinner. Monsanto’s Hugh Grant was named CEO of the Year for 2010, and past winners have included Jim Skinner, CEO of McDonald’s; Fred Smith, CEO, FedEx and Anne Mulchahy, Former CEO of Xerox.

Global Entrepreneurship Week

This NYSE-sponsored initiative inspires young people to embrace innovation, imagination, and creativity. Local, national and global activities bring young people together to explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. NYSE activities during Global Entrepreneurship Week are designed to highlight listed company entrepreneurial endeavors, and has featured pop icons Snoop Dogg and Russell Simmons.

Financial Literacy Week

NYSE Euronext fervently supports and promotes financial literacy initiatives, and has developed personal finance website MoneySense to bring concepts of saving and responsible spending to the public. The NYSE Financial Literacy Week provides visibility for listed companies that sponsor literacy programs that foster smart money and investing habits among students of all ages.

The WSJ CMO Summit

The NYSE and The Wall Street Journal bring top marketers and leading practitioners together at the Executive Marketing Summit to examine topical advertising and marketing industry issues.

The Green Summit
